- 11.30am presentation by Australian Clean Beaches judge Dr David Moy
- 12 noon light lunch followed by Civic Reception hosted by the Mayor
- 12.45pm-2.30pm Australian Clean Beaches Awards presentation
- 2.45pm - 4pm excursion and afternoon tea at South Port Surf Club.
